I am not here to give you the answers. My philosophy is that you were born with everything that you need to design your ideal life. A life that is uniquely yours, authored by you, and lived every day to it's fullest.

I am a North Star ™ Certified Coach personally trained by Dr. Martha Beck, PhD., America's premier life coach, best-selling author, and monthly columnist for O, The Oprah Magazine.
One of twelve women in Martha Beck's Master Life Coaching program, a six month intensive coaching process with cutting edge materials to take my coaching to the next level.
Completed Brooke Castillo's Self Coaching 101 Certification program. I "live it to give it" and self-coach myself to be the best coach possible for my clients.
Bachelor's Degree from Boston College.

Prior to becoming a professional coach, I was the Associate Director of Development at a private girls' school and have 12 years experience in the non-profit sector.

You will learn to shift your perception from focusing on your flaws and shortcomings to recognizing your strengths, talents, and positive qualities.
