1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing coaching services from Aspire Life Design, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Aspire Life Design offers life design coaching services including the RISE Framework™ 12-week 1:1 coaching program, The Blueprint Session monthly coaching, Post-Program Continuation coaching, and related services. All services are provided by Holly Shroyer.

Coaching is a collaborative relationship. Results depend significantly on your active participation, honesty, and commitment to the process.

3. Payment Terms

Fees

Coaching fees are as stated on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered, all installments are due on the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes on services purchased.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Session Cancellation

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a completed session.

Program Refunds

RISE Framework™: Due to the nature of coaching services, no refund or credit will be given after delivery of program materials for individual or group coaching programs.

The Blueprint Sessions/Post-Program Continuation Sessions: Payment is due prior to the first session in each 1-month period. Refunds may be given if the first session is cancelled with 24 hours notice, and refund is requested by emailing holly@aspirelifedesign.com. No refunds will be given after the first session of the billing period has transpired, or if notice of cancelation/request for refund takes place later than 24 hours in advance of the first session of the billing period.

If you have concerns about your program, please contact us directly and we will work with you in good faith to find a resolution.

Monthly Coaching

Monthly coaching subscriptions may be cancelled with 7 days written notice before the next billing date. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.

5. Confidentiality

Holly Shroyer will keep your personal information and the content of your coaching sessions confidential, except as required by law or where safety concerns arise. In return, we ask that you keep our proprietary materials, frameworks, and methodologies confidential.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs — including the RISE Framework™, The Life Blueprint workbook, written materials, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Aspire Life Design. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a respectful and professional coaching environment. We reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior, with no refund obligation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
